MISSION
1)   To champion Latino-owned businesses by providing opportunities for them in:
Education and training in Management, Accounting, Finances, Strategy, Marketing, Contract Procurement and Networking know-how.

Connections with potential customers, suppliers, partners, investors or investments opportunities.
2)   To foster economic development in Utah through entrepreneurship and successful business management by:
Assisting in the formation of new business entities
Attracting and training entrepreneurs
Supporting businesses through their challenges of growth, expansion, penetration or survival
Providing opportunities for large and successful Latino businesses to “give back” to the community through community service, investment and donations
Identifying, training and certifying minority owned businesses to capture government and corporate contracts

3)    To be a voice for the Utah Latino Business Community with the local, state and Federal government with legislation, taxation and other issues that may have an effect on them.

We provide the necessary  tools to be able to make the selection of appropriate staff as your business requires it.
We award annual prizes to leaders in several industries.
We are a central point of access to corporate and government contracts for the diverse and minority business entity.
